On occasion, residents may find that they need assistance from maintenance staff for various issues such as clogs, leaks and other minor repairs. 

Residents can submit a request online (see below). Responses to maintenance requests are based on both the order in which they were received and priority of the request (i.e., emergency situations take priority over routine issues).

If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately. If you smell gas, contact your Gas provider immediately.

Emergency Maintenance is a life threatening event such as:

Active water leak that may damage home. Turn off water and call our office 678.646.7600.

Gas Leak-Call Atlanta Gas Light at 877-427-4321 and then contact our office 678.646.7600.

By submitting a request you acknowledge that you have read and understand the maintenance request procedures and that submission of this request represents your acknowledgment of our written notice to you of our intent, and your permission to us, to enter your residence to complete repairs. We will contact you with a more specific date and time, but this notice meets our requirement to notify you in writing, of our intent to enter your residence.

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but per your lease you may be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. 

Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you.
